All materials provided are strictly confidential.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is prohibited.
Any behavior or comments harming the image of Aleph Circle, its representatives, or its members may result in immediate exclusion without refund, and potential legal action.

ARTICLE 9 – Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with international e-commerce practices, a 7-day withdrawal period applies from the date of purchase.
This right is void if:
immediate access to content is provided (e-learning, replay, private group)
participation in a live session occurs or a private link is sent
After this period, or if the service has been partially or fully used, no refund will be issued.

ARTICLE 10 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA).
In case of dispute, the competent court is Sheridan, Wyoming.
An amicable resolution is encouraged as a priority.

All registrations for events (retreats, immersions, masterclasses) are final and non-refundable.
A reschedule or credit may be offered depending on the situation but is not mandatory.

ARTICLE 16 – Subscription Commitments
Subscriptions operate on recurring payments, with or without minimum commitment.
No refund is granted for a started billing period.
Cancellation terms are specified at registration.

Aleph Circle reserves the right to accept or refuse access without providing justification.

ARTICLE 18 – Collective Spaces
In all collective spaces (Zoom, groups, immersions), confidentiality and respectful behavior are mandatory.
Any disrespectful behavior results in immediate exclusion without refund.

ARTICLE 19 – Financial Terms & Late Payments
Any unpaid installment will result in:

reminders
possible debt collection with additional fees

ARTICLE 20 – Full Acceptance
Any validated order (payment, signature, or click) constitutes full acceptance of these GTCS.

ARTICLE 21 – Subscriptions & Installment Payments
21.1 – Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically.
They are distinct from installment plans.
No refund is granted for a started period.
21.2 – Installment Payments
This payment method commits the client to paying the full amount, even in case of early termination or absence.
It is not a subscription but an irrevocable financial commitment.
21.3 – Non-Use
Failure to use the content does not entitle the client to cancellation or refund.
21.4 – Payment Default
In case of default, access is suspended and debt collection may be initiated.

ARTICLE 22 – Applicable Law: State of Wyoming
No federal or state law grants a withdrawal right for digital purchases in the United States.
The Cooling-Off Rule does not apply to online sales.
Any refund or withdrawal policy is voluntary and limited to what is described in Article 9.

ARTICLE 23 – IMAGE PROTECTION & REGISTERED NAMES
Anissa Abbou is a public figure.
Any use of her name, image, content, voice, or presence without written authorization may result in civil or criminal action for image violation, defamation, or unauthorized exploitation.

Any use, imitation, or distribution without formal authorization constitutes a serious violation of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal proceedings.

ARTICLE 24 – Updates to the GTCS
The GTCS may be updated. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of purchase.

ARTICLE 25 – Early Termination
Either party may terminate the support early by notifying the other in writing.
No refund will be issued, and all amounts due remain payable, including installment plans.
Only exceptional circumstances validated by Aleph Circle may justify a specific arrangement.

ARTICLE 26 – Disputes & Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution as a priority.
If no agreement is reached within 30 days from written notification, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
